Update

We have had a delay in the part arriving tonight 1/2/26 in time the tech will be up at the tower first thing tomorrow morning Saturday 1/3/26.

Investigating

We are currently repairing a part on our North Tower that started going bad last night, we have a part on its way to the Valley from the SLC area, once the part is here our tech will be going back up to the tower to replace the part that has failed. During this time you may experience slow speeds to no internet at all once we pull the equipment off and get the new equipment placed.
