Monitoring
The tech is on site and has the tower back online and everything is connecting. The power cord on our switch was knocked loose by an animal it appears. We will monitor this tower for the next 24hrs before closing out this status page

We have identified the cause, our 24V switch is not getting power. We have a tech dispatched to the tower to get it restored.

Investigating
We are aware of an outage that is affecting our tower located in the North Fork area, we are working to identify the issue and getting a tech dispatched. Once we know more we will update this status page.
